The law mandates that all residential condominiums 3 stories or higher MUST complete the Structural Integrity Reserve Study (SIRS) now and every 10 years after. Our concierge service will facilitate this process as we work with you every step of the way until your reports are submitted and approved. Allied gives you the + part at no additional cost to you. All other components over $10,000 are analyzed on a separate schedule for your boards consideration.
